How do I get directions to the park?
Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center is located at 104 Tommy Thornton Way, Burkburnett, TX 76354. For more information on how to get to the park please call 940-569-5121

When is Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center open?

Our season starts on Saturday, May 25th and will run through September 2nd. 

During our operating season, our regular hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday from  12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  

Are guests allowed to bring coolers, picnic baskets, or other food & beverage storage containers?
No coolers or outside food and beverage allowed inside the park.

Are there any styles of swimwear not allowed?
While swimming at Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center, appropriate swim attire is to be worn. Since Boomtown Bay is a family Waterpark g-strings, thongs, "speedos", and swim attire made of see-through material when wet or dry are not allowed.

Are outside floats allowed in the park?
Outside flotation devices (ex. tubes, rafts, etc.) are not allowed as they may cover water surfaces of attractions preventing lifeguards from seeing their area of responsibility. However; appropriate tubes for attractions & lifejackets will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?
If there is bad weather, Boomtown Bay will temporarily close the attractions and ask guest to take cover until management deems it safe to re-open the attractions. If the park is closed for more than one hour or for the duration of the day, "rain checks" may be given.

What if I or one of my party gets separated?
If you or a member of your party are separated just ask any member of the park staff for assistance. Boomtown Bay staff will take every effort to reunite park guests who are separated. It is always a great idea when visiting an entertainment facility to have a meeting place designated amongst your party in the case of separation.

What are the admission/ticket rates?
It is $11.00 for any individual entering the pool area regardless if they plan to swim or not.

Are lifejackets available at the park?
Boomtown Bay does provide Lifejackets free of charge, but they are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Can I use tobacco products in the park?
Boomtown Bay is a non-smoking facility. No tobacco products of any kind are permitted.

Do you have changing facilities?
Restrooms, shower and changing facilities are provided inside the park.

Are there any rules about unsupervised children?
All children 13 years of age and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult eighteen (18) years old or older.

How can I pay for my admission? 
Presently Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center accepts cash, personal and corporate checks, debit cards, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover).  We do not accept American Express

What if I need medical assistance during my visit?
Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center will employee a staff of highly trained lifeguards and management. Our first aid station is located in the main office across from the kiddie pool. 

Where do we go to inquire about a lost item?  
Any lost items found in the park by employees will be taken at the earliest convenience to the ticket booth window.
