Rules

Admissions
All admission fees will be applicable to any individual entering the pool area regardless if they plan to swim or not. General admission applies to all ages. 

Supervision
All children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult eighteen (18) years old or older..  This was changed by the Health Department to meet Federal Standards.

Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather (example: lightning, severe storms, etc) attractions may be temporarily closed. Guest must exit the water and take cover until management deems it safe to re-open. If the park is closed for more than one hour or for the duration of the day, "rain checks" may be given.

Swim Attire
Shorts (esp. denim) or clothing with plastic or metal rivets that may damage slide surfaces, street clothes, basketball shorts, thongs, G-strings, "Speedos", and swim attire made of see-through material when wet and dry are prohibited.

Usage
Guest are prohibited from running, unruly behavior, daredevil stunts & horseplay. Additional rules and ride procedure posted at each attraction.

Health and Safety
Persons with open wounds or sores or evidence of a contagious disease will not be allowed in the pool. Everyone is required to shower before entering the pool. (STATE LAW). Guest that have experienced stomach and/or intestinal illness within the past two weeks should not enter the water. Do not drink water from any pools or attractions.

Swim Diapers
Infants, toddlers, and children age three and under must wear a swim diaper specifically designed and marketed for water use.

Coolers, Outside food & beverage
No coolers, glass containers, or chewing gum is allowed in the park. All bags may be searched prior to entry into the facility. No outside food or drinks except during party rentals.

Tobacco Products and Adult Beverages
The pool is a non-smoking facility. No tobacco products of any kind are permitted, including Vapes. No alcohol or illegal drugs.

Weapons
Firearms, knives, or weapons of any type are prohibited on park property.

Floatation Devices
Outside flotation devices (example: tubes, rafts, etc.) are prohibited and not allowed to be brought into the aquatic center. Tubes are provided for attractions that require tubes. Life jackets are provided free of charge.

Personal Belongings
The City of Burkburnett and/or Pool Employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Safety
For guest protection, use of recording devices (cameras, video cameras and cell phones) is strictly prohibited in locker room areas and restrooms.

Family Friendly
Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center is a family friendly facility. Inappropriate behavior, language, or attire are not permitted and will be grounds for refusing admission or removal from facility without a refund. Extreme display of affection will not be allowed.

Attraction Schedule
Rides are scheduled to close 15 minutes prior to closing time.

Accepted Payment Methods
Boomtown Bay Family Aquatic Center accepts cash, money orders, personal & corporate checks, and credit & debit cards through MasterCard, Visa and Discover.  We do not accept American Express.  There will be a 3.5% credit card fee on all credit card purchases!
